1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Viora, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use Viora.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Viora. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. App Functions
Viora provides discovery features, daily profile recommendations, trending profile areas, private conversations, conversation search, profile detail pages, local video room creation, invite tools, playback controls, room chat, danmaku-style messaging, and safety actions such as report or block.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, defraud, or harm others. You may not use Viora to distribute illegal content, hateful content, sexually exploitative content, malware, spam, or content that violates another person's rights.
5. Local Video Use
When using Movie Together or Movie Night features, you are responsible for choosing local video files that you are legally allowed to access and view. Viora does not grant rights to movies, shows, videos, or other media.
6. Messaging
Private conversations should remain respectful. Viora may provide controls shown in the screenshots, including reporting, blocking, deletion, and safety actions.
7. Safety Controls
Viora may include profile reporting, blocking, and other moderation-related tools. These controls help users manage unwanted interactions but do not guarantee that every interaction will be reviewed or prevented.
8. Intellectual Property
Viora's name, design, interface, branding, and software are owned by Viora or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute Viora except as permitted by law.
9. Service Changes
Viora may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including profile discovery, messaging, membership benefits, and movie room functions, where reasonably necessary.
10. Disclaimer
Viora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use.
