1. Overview
Viora membership may provide enhanced access to features such as expanded profile discovery, improved visibility, richer matching presentation, messaging enhancements, movie room conveniences, or other premium tools offered in the app.
2. Age Requirement
Membership is available only to users who are at least 18 years old.
3. Purchase and Billing
Membership purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be handled through Google Play or another authorized platform where the app is distributed. Platform terms may apply in addition to this Membership Agreement.
4. Renewal
If a membership is offered as a subscription, it may renew automatically unless canceled according to the platform's cancellation process before the renewal date.
5. Feature Availability
Premium features may vary by version, device, region, and availability. Viora may add, remove, rename, or modify membership features to improve the service or comply with operational needs.
6. Fair Use
Membership does not permit harassment, spam, abusive behavior, unlawful media use, attempts to bypass safety tools, or misuse of the discovery, messaging, or movie room functions.
7. Local Movie Rooms
Membership may improve the convenience of private rooms, invites, chat presentation, or playback-related controls. It does not provide ownership rights to any local video file and does not authorize use of media you do not have the right to access.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the purchase platform and applicable law. If purchased through Google Play, refund requests should follow Google Play's refund process.
9. Termination
Viora may limit or end membership access if a user violates this agreement, the User Agreement, safety rules, applicable law, or platform policies.
