1. Adult-Only Service
Viora is designed for adult users only. People under the age of 18 are not allowed to use Viora, including discovery features, private messages, profile views, local movie rooms, invitations, and room chat.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Viora strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexual solicitation of minors, sexualized comments about minors, or any content or behavior that depicts, encourages, facilitates, or normalizes harm to a child.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must not upload, share, request, describe, promote, or attempt to obtain exploitative content involving minors. Users must not contact, lure, pressure, manipulate, threaten, or exploit any minor through Viora or through any interaction that begins on Viora.
4. Reporting
If you see behavior or content that may involve child safety risk, report it immediately through available in-app safety controls where present, such as report or block, and contact Viora at cdominka@gmail.com. Please include a clear description of the issue, relevant user ID if available, time, and any non-sensitive context that helps us review the concern.
5. Review and Enforcement
Viora may review reports, restrict access, remove content from local app presentation where technically available, block users, suspend use, or take other appropriate action when child safety standards are violated or suspected to be violated.
6. Law Enforcement and Authorities
When we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material or child exploitation, we may preserve relevant information and report the matter to appropriate authorities or child safety organizations as required or permitted by law.
7. Local Video Rooms
Viora's Movie Together and Movie Night features are intended for lawful adult use with local files stored on the user's own phone. Users must never use local video rooms, invitations, chat, or danmaku messages to share, discuss, request, or promote exploitative content involving minors.
8. Messaging and Profile Safety
Viora's private messaging, profile discovery, match indicators, profile detail pages, and room chat must be used respectfully and lawfully. Any attempt to use these functions to identify, contact, groom, or exploit minors is forbidden.
9. Privacy-Conscious Safety Handling
Viora collects only a user ID as described in the Privacy Policy. Safety reports are handled with care and used only as needed to review, respond to, prevent abuse, comply with law, and protect users.
10. Updates
We may update these Child Safety Standards to reflect product changes, legal requirements, platform requirements, or improved safety practices. Continued use of Viora means you agree to the current standards.
